truly disapointing experience at the Leonardo. the elevators took forever, and my room had no headboard—how quaint! i expected a complimentary upgrade for my troubles, but it seemed like i was just another guest. also, the toilet paper was so rough, it should be on a survival show. i almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.
